Happy Halloween

You had a blast this Halloween.  It was fun for me to see you enjoy it and get it a little more this year.  You decided you wanted to be Bob the Builder.  It is your favorite show right now!  The above picture is you trying on your sisters Elsa wig.  You loved that we had spoooghetti for dinner and listened to halloween music.  The trunk or treat was your favorite!

One thing that I want to point out right now is a phase that you are going through.  At least i hope it's a phase.  You get really emotional over random things.  Like the other day at church we were watching the kids primary program and we said it just about Colton's turn to do his part and you screamed "NO, I don't want him to do his part," and cried.  You where really concerned.  You did it again when I tried to do Taylees hair, you didn't want me to touch it.  I don't really understand where this is coming from but it's what you are going through.

Feeling guilty

I am feeling guilty and I should.  I haven't written in here for over a year.  My heart hurts because you don't deserve that.  Life has been really crazy in the last year.  We moved from the trailer house to our new big house.  The first week you just ran, because you had room too.  But, your mommy has been dealing with some health issues since you were born.  I feel like I have neglected you because of it, and it's not fair.  I have been exhausted and moody, in pain and not in the right state of mind.  I have been feeling better lately and am getting the urge to catch up.  I just want you to know that my faults has nothing to do with my love for you.  Since you where born I have had a strong bond with you.  You where my easiest baby and loved your mommy and snuggles.  Lately it has been a different story.  You love your dad and want him to do everything for you and with you.  When dad is around you wont even let me take you to the bathroom.  You give me a look like "get away"  you nothing to do with me.

Some things that you do that I love are:  When people ask you how old you are you say "two on Saturday" all the time.  It started right before your second birthday.  We kept saying, "you are going to be two on Saturday." so you repeated it to everyone.  You still do!  I am sad about your birthday though.  I was down loading them onto a flash drive when you came over and shut the door to the computer.  It bent the the flash drive in the computer and I lost 6 months worth of pictures, including your  1st birthday.  I am sick about it!

The month before your birthday we kept asking you what you wanted for your birthday, over and over again you kept saying you wanted a doggie.  So for your birthday we got you a six year old, trained yellow lab girl named Rio.  You were a little nervous at first but now you love her.

Ever since you started walking all you do is run.  You are so fast!!!  You never walk and it is hard to catch you.  You are built like ox, and when you through a fit it is hard to control you.  You are strong.  You are also my brown baby that tans really easy.  You are a joy to be around except when you are loud, and you are loud.  When we go places people are always looking at us because you are running, loud, and talk talk talk!!  When you speak its in a shout.  Your poor voice in hoarse  because you are always straining.

You where by far my easiest to potty train.  You where interested in the potty at a really young age.  I would say about 14-18 months.  You would say "potty, potty" and I would stick you on the potty and you would go everytime.  I still thought you were young so I never pursued it.  When I would say lets go potty you never fought me you would just go to the bathroom and go.  Finally after the chaos with the move and mommy health slowed down I decided to try again at the end of August beginning of September.  You did really good you just had no interest in telling me you had to go.  After about two weeks, I left for a week to go to a convention in Utah.  During that time your dad watched you and the whole week you had no accidents and told your dad everytime.  That was the trick and when I came back you have had very little accidents at all.

When you started talking at a really early age.  You started talking big words and sentences way before you were too.   You talk very well and eveyone points that out.  You enunciate very well and you picked it up all by yourself.  You remind me a lot of Colton when it comes to picking things up really well but your personalities are very different.  You are more of a dare devil, rebellious.    some of the things you have said that where soooo cute are:  We were doing the piggies on the toes. " This little piggy went to the market, this little piggy stayed home, this little piggy had roast beef, this little piggy had none." When we got to the little toe I said "and this little piggy......." and you finished with "went to time out."  We laughed so hard!!

Another funny thing you said was, every Sunday dad does your hair.  He puts gel in it and you say, "daddy can you please Jealous my hair."

When we were in Washington you were mad at me because you didn't want to go to bed.  I made you anyway to your ran to the bed and burried your head in your pillow, on your belly.  You lifted up your head, and in your cute little voice said, "why you gotta be so rude."  It's a line in a song that plays on the radio, it's really popular.  I funny part of the whole thing was how serious you were and that I didn't know that you knew the words to the song.  Now any time it comes on the radio you say "Mom, is this my song" The other song that is your song is paramour's "don't go crying, to your momma."  You sing them both so cute and know most of the song!

then tonight I was making dinner.  I asked you what we should have for a vegetable.   You said "M&M's"

We just love you in our family, you bring such joy and you are so fun.  Your dad is telling me everyday that he loves you so much.  You have a mind of your own and your own agenda.  Since you were a baby you have wanted to do things your way and by yourself.  I love you to pieces!

I am so in love with you

When ever I get the camera out you smile and say "Cheese"

Since you might be my last baby I have really been taken by you.  you are such a sweet natured little boy, most of the time.  I also can't believe how smart you are.  You seem like you are so much further along than you should be for your age.  For example, the other day we were at Grandma Munns house.  You smelled funny so I said, "are you poopy."  You said "poopy" and ran to the bathroom.  I took you over and sat you on the toilet.  You just sat there, made a pushing noise and past gas a few times.  You thought you were a little young to be thinking about potty training you were only 16 months, but you watch your older siblings.  Speaking of older syblings you love to brush your teeth.  you see them doing it and you love to do it too.  It is so hard to pry your little fingers away from a tooth brush.

You are so polite.  You always say please and rub your chest, (sign for please).  You say thank you and do the sign for that too.  You love giving hugs and kisses, especially to mommy and daddy.  You love your bubby (Colton) and always sit by him and hug him.  You LOVE tractors, you have tractors on the brain.  You loved to ride in the tractor with daddy, and you love to play with the tractor.  When ever you hear a tractor coming you run to the window or door.  We always have to open the door and wave or hitch a ride.

You are talking really well.  You can say pretty much anything I ask you to say.  Some of my favorite right now are Tractor, please with the sign for it, thank you with the sign for it.  You say good night, sleep tight and the other day I put on your Primary CD.  I put this CD on every night or nap time.  The very first song it I love to see the Temple.  When it got to the part that said "I'm going there someday,"  you said, as plain as day "There someday" with perfect pitch.  It made me turn around and say "What did you say".  You have also suprised me with your interest to go in the toilet.  When you were 16 months old, we were over to Grandma Munns' house and you smelled so I said "are you stinky" you said "stinky" and ran to the bathroom.  I followed you and stuck you on the toilet.  You made a grunt and let out a couple of farts and that was it, but you liked sitting on the toilet, it made you feel big.  No when you are stinky you come up to me and go "whew" or hand me a diaper.

One thing that doesn't make me happy is that you throw your food on the ground if you dont want to eat it.  I try really hard to get you not too but you still do.  you are about 26lbs right now and have all of you teeth.  I am so glad we are over the teething stage.  One thing I can't let go of is your long piece of hair on the top of your head.  You have this patch that makes you look like Alfalfa but I cant get myself to cut it.

You love to climb on anything, especially the table, which drives me nuts.  All in all you are just a fun kid to be around.  We all love you very much and are glad you are in our family.

What a month

You have just grown so much in the past month your like a new kid, and a cranky one!  But you have every right to be one.  You got 4 teeth in the last month, three of which are molars.  You got the top two molars while we were in Washington at our Eyre/ Peterson family reunion.  You were being so cranky and one day we looked into your mouth and found out why, poor kid.  I think it was on the 2nd of June when we noticed those.  The next week and a half I noticed you were getting the bottom right, right next two your front tooth.  Again cranky, but understandable.  Yesterday you started to cry and I thought your mouth was bleeding when I looked into your mouth I noticed molar #3 on the bottom left.  Poor kid, the only good thing is that you are getting them all at once, so we don't have to drag this out for every.

You also started walking, or should I say running.  You were not interested at all I caught your first steps on video on May 1st 2013.  And then you stopped for another three weeks.  Right before we went to Washington which was on the 29th of May, you were walking with help, from chair to chair.  When we were at the cabin you decided to walk.  There was a lot of space for you to do it and you decided to go for it.  You took off and ran literally.  You haven't stopped since, you even go backwards.

You love your daddy and grandpa Munns.  Any time you hear a truck go by you run to the window and say "dadda," "bampa" and "voom".  You also say tractor, and kitty.  I can't believe how fast you catch on to things.  You can get off the bed the right way, and I don't remember teaching you that.  I notice you mimic a lot of what the kids do.

You love to dance.  Anytime music is on your dancing.  You love to run in the sprinkler.  You love tractors and going with daddy, especially on the 4 wheeler.  You are all boy through and through.

One thing that I find really cute is that you love toothbrushes.  You can sniff one out a mile away.  You love to chew on them, it's your favorite toy right now.

one of your many girlfriends born close to when you were born.  This is Oliva Bradfield.  She had just woken up from a nap and was not happy.  You were so cute trying to make her smile by hugging her.
On our trip to Washington we went swimming at Grandma Eyre's neighbors pool, the Sullivans.  You love the water and hated the life jacket.
This was the only second that you didn't cry both times we took you boating on Grandpa Peterson's boat.  I don't know why but you hated it.

at the family reunion right before Colton went on a horse.

Dad taking you on the Giant slip n slide, you loved it.

Happy Birthday Baby

I hope that one day you will look back and forgive me for waiting so long to write about your birthday.  Life has just been so crazy with building this house.  You turned one on the 26th of April.  I cant believe it has been one year.  you have been the best baby, but now that we are getting into the toddler stage you are a different child.  You are such a busy body, into everything, and can't sit still.  You love to be into everything. You still wont walk, in fact you are not interested at ALL.  You get really upset if we try to make you walk.  You pull your legs up and start to cry.

You finally got another tooth.  It came on the bottom right.  The last tooth you got was in December of last year.  You got your tooth on the 30th of April.

You went to the doctor on April 30th and weighed 21 lbs 10 oz 55%, and 30 1/4 in tall 66%.  You cried when the doctor checked you.  You have been really clingy and a momma boy lately.  You kept reaching for me.  Then you got shots and cried, but it didn't last long.

Your birthday was on a Friday this year.  We didn't really do anything on your birthday but that Sunday we had a family BBQ.  We wanted to wait until Natasha could be around.  It was a pretty nice day, and man did you love your cake and all the attention.  You got a bear that had a knitted sweater from G&G great.  You got a wooden block set that has different shapes to fit in the holes from Dallin and Clarissa.  And mommy and daddy gave you some soft building blocks.

You are starting to say things like bobba D, and grandpa, it sounds like bampa.  You are so sweet and we love you tons.

10 months almost 11

You are such a good baby.  I know that I say that a lot but you really are.  You never cry in your carseat.  You don't cry hardley at all.  You smile all the time.  I am constantly getting compliments on how cute and smiley you are.

You still have 6 teeth, but you have the cutest dimple on the one side.

You are starting to fill out.  I am not sure what you weight but you have the cutest little pot belly and rolls on your legs.

You chew on everything and put everything in your mouth.  You love to pick at things.  You pulled the paint of my cub-bard the other day.  We got you a new crib and with in a week it looks like a beaver got to it.  I was so mad.

You wake up every morning at 6:00 you are my early riser.

You crawl on your hands and knees now, not just a worm crawl.  You also will sit on your bum after crawling.

You pull yourself up to everything and walk along the couch.

You are talking more now.  You say "uh oh" when you drop things, you wave bye bye when I pick you up, and you say "waaa waa" over and over like you have something important to say.

Did I mention you are into everything.  You can have a room torn apart in two minutes.

You are very smart and catch on very quick, quicker than I think the other kids did.

You just love your brother and sister and get a kick out of them all day.

9 Months

My sweet boy!  I hope you don't hate me when you are older for not writing in here as much.  You are such an amazingly sweet little boy.  You love to snuggle and fall asleep in our arms.  You are so well behaved and can adapt anywhere. You have been so sick the last month.  We took you to community care about 3 weeks ago and you had a double ear infection.  Then you had to go back to the doctor last Friday because you were weezing and I was really worried.  There are a lot of people that are sick right now and I didn't want you to have RSV.  Your test came out negative which was good, but you sound horrible.  I hope you get better soon.

Your nine month Doctors appointment was on Monday the 28th of January.  You were 28 in tall 34%, 18 lbs 5.5 oz 27% and your head was 44.  you got mad when the doctor tried to look into your ears.

-you say momma when you are whinning, and dadda all the other time.  You also just started to talk giberish.
-Favorite food:  sweet potatoes, and any fruit.  You also love love love those little gerber puffs
- You love your bouncer, you could play in that all day.
-You love to scrunch your nose and show your cute teeth
- You do this cute army crawl.  It's not quite a crawl you use your arms in unison, and push with your toes.  You just started in the last couple days to get up on your arms and toes with no knees and just stay there.  It looks so hard but your a tough.  You also get up on your hands and knees but then drop to your belly to crawl.
- You put everything into your mouth.  We have found magnets, barbie shoes, paper, cat food!!  You are so quick and it's hard with your siblings and the ground playing with there toys.  you just want to play with them!
-You have six teeth, four on the top and 2 on the bottom.  You got the two top ones right next to the fronts, at around Christmas time.  They came  in with in a week of each other.
